check this out..... cool! reduser.net/forum/showthread.php?t=31203but for us birders........ quote from the dpreview website.... In addition to LUMIX G lenses, the LUMIX DMC-GH1 and LUMIX G Micro System can use any interchangeable lens that complies with the Four Thirds standard via an optional mount adapter. so given this..... can one can then tap these zuiko lenses??? zuiko 90-250 f2.8 translates to 180-500 f2.8 zuiko 300 f2.8 whoa!given 2x crop factor.... a 600 f2.8 would certainly do wonders! and... and.... what about the sigmonster 300-800 f5.6 which translates to a whopping 600 - 1200 f5.6!!!! and... and..... what if you add a 2x teleconverter to the zuiko 300 f2.8 which then translates to a 1200 f5.6!?!?!? or do i stand corrected?

never saw it that way ding but you're right! you either love or hate the mirror lens for its bokeh. thanks romy, being "in-absentia" gave me serious withdrawal symptoms of chirping. just had to go back in the wild and get the bird flu back alive! hehehe. seriously, i've been dying to to go out. am glad myself that i could find some time. thanks ed. hope i could get better quality lifers next time.
