congrats on this rare find Rey. I remember Romy asking me to keep an eye on a possible sighting of this species in Candaba. Looks like the bird is tired from a long journey. This would be another addition to our online database

Went to Candaba this morning with Martin, Tonji and Silvia to catch a glimpse of the Bean goose reported by Alex L of WBCP. It was so far out and had to do major cropping on this one. This guy is one big bird. Nikon D3 + Nikkor 500mm F4 VR + TC14eII; F10, 1/400, ISO400 @ 700mm hand held
