Here's a comparison shot of the grassbirds. Striated Grassbird ( Megalurus palustris) 5DM2 + 600 f4 IS + 2x Kenko TC, f8, 1/400 sec, ISO 1000, manual exposure in available light, tripod-gimbal support, 15.1m shooting distance. Tawny Grassbird ( Megalurus timoriensis) 5DM2 + 600 f4 IS + 2x Kenko TC, f11, 1/60 sec, ISO 640, manual exposure in available light, car window support, 16.8m shooting distance.

Great shots. The second so interesting with the rain falling and beading on the back of the grassbird. Cool.

I like the second picture best maybe because it is so rolly polly looking. Real sharp and plenty of details. Well done Neon. Mabuhay.
