Fantastic capture Tonj !!!! I wish the same thing too - that the birds were all in just ONE place but will add EASY place to go to after the word ONE. :-D :-D :-D

Thanks a lot Tonji, Bobby and Romy. Just got lucky that the snipes were out in the open that day and didn't mind the attention I was giving them :-D

It was very hot and humid but I could not stop watching and photographing these birds. Whenever a bird would go near it, it would open it's wings as if to show the other bird/birds that it is enormous and that it can very well fight him/her if she came any nearer :-) Greater Painted-snipe in "palaban" mode :-) Rostratula benghalensis Los BaƱos, Laguna April 19, 2015 5DMkIII + 500mm f/4 + 2x TC ; 1/1000 sec; f/4.0; ISO 400 : Car window beanbag

Thank you Bobby and Tateo. I heard it's call and was trying so hard to find it. I'm sure you already know that green birds are hard to find. Most specially the small ones. It's a good thing that after feeding in one area, it decided to try another area and that was the only time I saw it :-)
Thanks again :-)

In the first photo, I cannot help but notice that the head of the swift looks so much like that of a bulldog with fangs :-D
Very nice Romy !!! I would be really happy with photos like these, any of them :-)
