This bird is one of the most difficult to see (compared to its cousins.. shamas) and you got it in the open. Good exposure of the dark and white areas, Tonji. Thanks for sharing.

Hello everyone, This month marks my tenth year in the exciting, challenging and sometimes frustrating but fulfilling world of wild bird photography.
I would like to share this treasured image taken in 2003 using a Film Camera:
Canon EOS 55 (Japan version of Elan IIe), EF 28-105mm f/3.5-4.5 USM Lens with Kodak MAX 400 Color Film.
This photo of a sunbird may not be at par with the quality of the current wild bird images posted in this forum but it certainly brings back fond memories.
