Great documentation, Ramon! I also applaud you for posting these photos only now even though they were taken back in June. I think I know the reason why.

Awesome shots, Prof. Tirso! As Ramon said, these are definitely not documentary shots. I would love to have these kind of results for sure.
Can we schedule a trip to Taytay falls one of these days?

Congrats, Dennis! You got the male, too (notice that heart-shape on its breast?) Lovely family!

Wow! Really up close and personal! ;D
The Asian Glossy Starling looks very scary indeed.
Can Cynthia and I join Ely when he visits you? No beer necessary. ;D

By the way, just an FYI, very minimal post processing were done on these photos. A little sharpening, some added contrast and a tad saturation on some. And of course, cropping according to taste. ;D

Thanks, Mark! Thankfully we had moments of clear skies just when the IBKs decided to appear.

Thank you, Tateo! It was pure luck that the Emerald Dove landed close to where we were.

Birding in Coron definitely got better now that you've taken measures to ensure that that area will be protected. Thank you for your efforts, Ramon!
The news that there will be a hotel opening nearby is certainly encouraging. Hopefully it will be open already when we visit in October.
Oh, and awesome shots of the endemics! Amazing close-ups of the Rufous-backed KF.

The birds certainly came our after the rain and you were there to capture them.
Great shot of the Lesser Coucal!

Thanks, Ely!
Sometimes patience really pays off. We waited for the rains to stop and hoped that some birds would come out...and they did!
