That's really sad Romy, the photo is quite blatantly yours, you can even clearly see the white area on the belly where they have cloned out your water mark! I think your only change you be to take legal advice and try to sue the Malaysian Postal Service but I would expect that to be a very long and expensive process unfortunately. I had a similar problem about 5 years ago when the Department of Wildlife and National Parks in Malaysia used my photo of Palawan Peacock Pheasant (labelled as a Malaysian Peacock Pheasant!) in their promotional material for Taman Negara their. I never received a single response to my letters of complaint and my requests for a meeting with any of the national park managements was continually refused. Unfortunately I didn't have the funds to take legal action. Good luck and hope we can see some justice done in this case.
