I was watching this then my kids came up and looked over my shoulder.. The eldest said "Uy falconet!!!" My 2nd son said "shrike kaya yan!" Eldest pointed to Mastah's signature and went.. "eto yung falconet" 2nd son pointed to the video "pero ito shrike" Wife was slapping her forehead in the kitchen.

Thanks, Edu. It was actually perched on that bamboo pole for a long time before it flew off to catch the prey. Then it came back a few seconds later. I edited out the prior footage, and indeed the posted version would seem to show that I had ESP and I knew that it will perch on that particular spot beforehand. Lol... nice anecdote on your nestlings, great to hear their interest on birds at that age!
