Congrats Ely for the fine capture of this new country visitor despite what seems to be a very challenging shooting distance (1120 mm at BIFs)!

Thank you Romy for this week's honor. It was a memorable experience of seeing the goose take off with the ducks and flying far beyond what the eyes can see. After about 15 minutes you could see a line of horizontal dots coming from the opposite direction. The geese were flying back in a v-line formation to land where they took off earlier. To see such a big bird take off, flap their wings, with power and grace, we can thank God for his beautiful creations.

Congratulations, Ely! Nice BIF shot and it is so wonderful to see the birds in V formation! Thank you Ariel. I wish I had a better picture but seeing them fly in formation and getting ready to land at a far distance away gives me a goose pimples thrill.
