Well, Lawrence, a poor photo. The bill terminus is hidden, and the tail is either growing in, or cocked to one side. So, I can only give you a most possible ID, in my judgment that is, and it would be an immature Camaroptera superciliaris.

Lawrence, I noticed that you had asked for an ID for this previously, but I think you withheld the location, and therefore perhaps people gave an ID believing it to be from Phils. While I do agree that this is most likely a juvenile F. tinnunculus, on the basis of this one photo (since a good vision of the tail, and of the ventral part of the bird is not to be had) it is not possible to eliminate entirely the possibility that it might be a female naumanni. Always state locations.

Always state locations. Sorry Steve, yes this shot was ID on the other thread and I was not able to mentioned that this was taken in Nigeria. I saw if flew away and it has a long tail, It was so quick that I manage only one shot of this bird.
