hi' these images of OBS were captured using d5000 + SigEnigma, +TC1.4x with the following setting: ISO3200, 1/500s, f/7.1, tripod. The images however are characterized with relatively high noise level after processing using Photoshop. Has anyone have the technique to reduce the noise?

Try using Noise Ninja or other de-noiser plug-in on a duplicate layer and then erase out the birds. This way, the BG or surrounding areas will contain much less noise. You can then merge the layers and apply a lesser amount of noise reduction on the photo with the birds included. Sometimes it works, sometimes not really good, but try it anyway.

Try using Adobe Camera Raw 6.1 or Adobe Lightroom 3 - their noise reduction features rock!
