The V-perch frames the subject nicely, resulting into a very pleasing composition. Details are good, the creamy immaculate background is to die for, great lighting and colors, and beautiful eye contact with catchlight. This tiny endemic bird is as skittish as can be and to get it in such pose, using MF and wasting not a single pixel, is wild bird photography at its finest.
I have many favorite photos of yours, Nilo...... but this one runs away with the best technically executed award. Biggest congrats!

Thanks for the comments Neon, Tonji, Edu and Ely. @neon, I think I’m getting to the point of taming the beast in “flat” surfaces. There are still a lot of difficult scenarios I haven’t tested with the setup. I’m hoping to complete the familiarization before the year ends Thanks.
