In one of the birding sorties in UP Diliman, I met photographer Estan Cabigas. He did not have a birding lens but was probably curious at that time. I found out he was a former collector of butterflies and is now passionately into beetles (www.salagubang.net) and a multi-awarded travel blogger. I am proud to share that his works will be in the National Geographic Mag- May 2010 issue. Here is the link. langyaw.com/2010/04/22/langyaw-is-editors-choice-in-national-geographic/?Someone also sent me the award winning Nature photos of NatGeo, most of which are birds. I will not be surprised if one day, soon, the photos of the PBP Master and his disciples will grace the NatGEo mag. Guys and gals, your photos are much better than some of the works there. proud to be Filipino, telyd
