While waiting for the superstar goose to make an appearance at our favorite wetlands, I had fun watching my fellow birdnuts do their thing to get the keepers. ;D Martin should be somewhere in the frame. He and JP were unmoving in their blinds for what seemed as hours to me, patiently waiting for water birds. 40D + 100-400 IS, 150 mm, f/5.6, ISO 400, 1/200 sec, hand held JP in a more "behaved" demeanor - he went really crazy earlier and tested the weather-sealing of his D3 to get some amazing low-angle shots. 40D + 100-400 IS, 210 mm, f/5.6, ISO 400, 1/200 sec, hand held A birdnut who must've been a submarine in his previous life. 7D + 400 2.8 IS + 1.4x TC. f/4, 1/1600, ISO 250 And lastly, the prettiest Sigmonster Tamer in the universe. 40D + 100-400 IS, 150 mm, f/5.6, ISO 400, 1/400 sec, hand held
