PORTRAIT OF A SPIDER. Not much birding this Holy Week, so I was thrilled when I saw this tiny spider "perched" on the hood of my car..... at least, I can exercise my shutter finger and avoid getting totally sane. ;D 7D + 100 2.8 USM macro, hand held, f/2.8, 1/160 sec , ISO 1600 pushed + 0.5 EC in conversion, available light, AI servo using off-center spot point, cropped, converted to BW, added some mild vignette in PP.

I know what you mean when you say that your fingers get itchy. But considering that you get fresh air, a lot of excitement, and a lot of satisfaction is enough reason to keep on going. Is this spider really black and white? I can see you on the spider's eye and its good you have your clothes on. Heh heh heh. Well done Romy. Mabuhay.

Thanks..... this is actually a colorful spider, Ely. However, I didn't like how the color of my car hood turned out in the photo (it is called by Volvo as "Harvest Gold" color), so I decided to convert it to B&W. ;D
