Hi gang, I bought mine many months ago for over PHP 26K, and now the price has dropped to PHP 12,999.99 at Villman. Latest Villman price list: www.villman.com/pdf/BPIFeb08_Viewsonic.pdfThis monitor is perhaps currently the best bang for the buck as far as photo processing is concerned - 1680 x 1050 resolution on a 20.1" screen, good color reproduction and large gamut. The 22" LCD versions with the same 1680 x 1050 resolution have a larger pixel pitch, rendering the image "coarser" on the screen. If you want a larger resolution or even better IQ (20" - 24" Lacie, Eizo, NEC, Dell, etc.), the prices multiply by several fold. If you have plans of buying an LCD display in the near future, I highly recommend buying this now before it is phased out and replaced with TN-panel models (good for movies, bad for photo processing). Couple of reviews on the VX2025wm: 1. www.clubsnap.com/forums/showthread.php?t=1916482. reviews.cnet.com/lcd-monitors/viewsonic-vx2025wm/4505-3174_7-31747549.htmlRomy

Looks like the VX2025wm went out fast - called several branches this morning but no stock already. I was planning to buy a second unit as backup.
