Good shot of the Hooded Pita. What time do they open? It looks like you took the picture when it was bright. Are there plenty of them roaming around? Well done Edwin. Mabuhay.

Mabuhay. @ely, Thanks for viewing / comment, photo taken past 6PM, the Pitta is almost invinsible in the thick leaves, I bumped up ISO , to increase my shutter.. overexposed... too little time to set things.. after a few shots.. it was gone away.. There some quiet a number of Pitta down in SBG.

Both excellent shots, Edwin! Looks like a young bird.. the yellow at the beak (near the gape) indicates so.
