As I gradually try to learn various techniques in Adobe's Premiere Pro to edit my 5Dmk2 video clips, I explored After Effects. I wasn't happy with the original appearance of a recent clip of a feeding Great Blue Heron, but I found that a couple of mouse clicks & drags greatly enhanced the overall appearance: rilstone-naturephoto.blogspot.com/

Very nice clip, Dave..... thanks for sharing your PP approach. I usually do my editing "under one roof" in Premiere CS3 - cutting, color correction, contrast/levels adjustment, sharpening, cropping, rotation, etc., all in layer-type adjustments so I can see the effect of one, some or cumulative adjustments.
