Inspired by Mark's amazing capture of this tiny bird, I'm reviving the FBPOTW section starting this week. ![:)](//storage.proboards.com/forum/images/smiley/smiley.png) Mark's photo shows that one doesn't need the costliest gear to come out with spectacular results..... big congrats, Mark! _________________________________ Bright-capped Cisticola (Cisticola exilis)General Santos City, South Cotabato, 12 April 2009 D40, 70-300 VR, 300mm, ISO 200, 1/250s, f/8, Manual Exposure, Available Light, Manfrotto 190XB/484RC2 Support ![](http://farm4.static.flickr.com/3339/3433479204_a38961264c_o.jpg)

woohoo!! ![:o](//storage.proboards.com/forum/images/smiley/shocked.png) Happy Birthday Cisticola indeed!! Congrats on this capture Mark!! They say before, you need to have at least a 400mm to go bird photography. Now, all you need is a good camouflage outfit and a hunters stalking skills, any focal length will do!! ;D
