This raptor was perched very far from my position yesterday at the coastal mangrove swamps of San Juan, Batangas. I had to stack a couple of converters to take a documentary shot..... any confirmation on the ID is appreciated. 1DM2 + 500 f4 IS + stacked Canon 2x/1.4x TCs, 1400 mm, f/16, 1/200 sec, ISO 800, 475B/3421 support: The above individual could be the same one that Neon captured in flight last September 6, 2008 (re-posted below). The folks on site are saying they've been seeing this raptor for at least a couple of months already, and there is only one individual.

Wooohoo!! Finally you made it to San Juan Bats!! Yes, I think that's the same individual but now looking more matured. Immature White-Bellied Sea-Eagle. IQ is still exceptional with the stacked TC's
