creature this is. I saw this one by the curb side last saturday, while waiting for my wife's car which have it's windows tinted. Grabbed the camera and fired a few shots. Pardon the image, I just cropped it. Whoever guess this right, gets it right! ;D

A dog, maybe a toy poodle.

Not sure how Neon guessed it right, but maybe he saw one before? ;D I thought it's a poodle too, but we're laughing when we finally saw it's true identity. A local call her "fluffy". And the old lady said there's several of them freely roaming around the town of Fair Oaks (just about 4 miles north of where I live). They even have a festival on it: www.fairoakschickenfestival.com/about.phpMy Fluffy Chicken, pardon the crappy image (I'm PP-challenged):

Aha! Over here we call that a "Stir-fried with Wonder Sauce and Cashew"!
Seriously, once you've been to Ongpong, Arranque, and those other fun parts of town here, you'd know these birds. There's also another variant, also white feathers but with black "appointments".
