Hi guys got this pic from Palawan Iwahig forrest December last year but never got to posting or IDing it until now. I think it is a striped Babbler but not sure. Waiting for your expert help here. Thanks Chito

I don't think so Ding, It was much smaller, the eyes were yellowish and not reddish orange and the upper chest streaking much finer than the p bulbul. The upper chest is slightly yellowish and the head light gray. The phil bull has a reddish ches tand a much darker head Thanks for the comment ding Chito

Looks like a Striped Tit-Babbler (Macronus gularis woodi)

I also saw and got this bird, but your capture is much much better than mine doc. I agree (as an amateur ) that it's a striped babbler, similar to Nicky's photo in the online gallery.
