Anyone interested in shooting some meteor showers next week (Perseids)?

Yes, if the permanent cloud cover would just clear up..... haven't shot anything astro in ages!

I wonder if a fisheye can do the job. Otherwise I'll just use my other wide angles, or just point my 50mm at Perseus and pray. (Oh darn it, I forgot that the sky moves ... doh!)
I'm plannning to do time interval, and just leave the camera outdoor. I don't plan on waiting out in the cold at 2am. ;D

Went out last night, but the sky is not so clear. I can barely see the big dipper, which supposedly dominates here in the northern hemisphere. I even had a hard time locating the cassiopeia! So it's a no go. The sky looks clear (no clouds), but it seems there's haze. And being in the city, that's not good for any astro activities. I need a very clear sky so city lights won't reflect back.
