after the java sparrow... i spotted these newcomers, please help id them.. thanks. sorry for the quality, i can't get close to them since this is the day after the latest strong rain and the rice field is swamped. might be a sandpiper ? which egret?

sorry to bring up an old thread, but as i am scanning my captures i saw that the third "sandpiper" looked different. could be a juvenile or a female perhaps? for reference: i got this pic on the exact spot after a few minutes.

Hi Mando, If I am not mistaken, the 1st photo is a Common Sandpiper and the 2nd photo is a Wood Sandpiper You can check out Romy's gallery on sandpipers
