Hello Adri!
Miss ko na hardcore birding! All I'm doing is backyard birding. Hehehe.... I placed two bird feeders at the back of our place and so far I've been visited by countless House Sparrows (similar to and as plentiful as our ETS), Northern Cardinals, Mourning Doves, Brown Headed Cowbirds, European Starlings, Common Grackles, House Finches (these birds look like ETS but the males have red heads and rumps), Baltimore Orioles, Northern Mockingbirds, Downy Woodpeckers (as small as our Pygmies) and other birds I still have yet to ID. I actually have some photos of them but my camera is just a point and shoot so they are mostly documentary shots.
By the way, a pair of Northern Cardinals built a nest near the bird feeder deep inside a pine tree with the nest about 10' from the ground. Hopefully they will raise their youngs there.
Wanted to join the local audubon group but time and resources doesn't permit me yet.
How I wish I could join you guys in Palawan this year for the Birdfest.
Give my regards to the WBCP group!

Lydia, Any chance of a blow-up on #12? Probably not enough to do a good ID, but my first impression is a Sturnus sp.

4 & 5 - not possible the exclusion on the basis of these photos, in my opinion at least, the possibility of immature hypoleucum pontifex. The rather slender, pointy bill would have me tend to this latter.
