I got lucky this afternoon when an immature raptor got within range of my hand held combo at the fishponds of Sto. Tomas, La Union, allowing me a good view of feather details at both its back and underparts . Light at around 4 pm had started to turn golden.
Brahminy Kite (Haliastur indus, immature)

Thanks, Tina.... you need to visit the fishponds of Sto. Tomas (La Union) one of these days. These fishing raptors are a regular there.
