Hello friends,
I'm now trying to organize thousands of bird photos in terabytes of storage devices taken during the birding trips in around the country earlier. Some interesting bird captures can be a good excuse to pause and relive the moment of capture. I decided to process some images to compare to old captures.
I do not have access to wider and calibrated computer screens and so deeply indebted to Romy O. for the insights in image processing without these tools (though I doubt I'm doing justice to the techniques) he shared years ago.
Would appreciate feedback on how the photos are rendered in your monitors.
Thanks.

My first image of the Rufous-fronted Tailorbird was acquired about 3 years ago (please see photo below). I don't like the big full frame capture of this bird but not really bad considering that this is a lifer at that time.

Tailorbirds are one of the most difficult birds to photograph mainly because they are small and hardly keep still. To get a clear shot such as this is something to be happy about. Well done Nilo & Mabuhay.

The PP seems okay on my monitor, Sir! Colors are well defined, whites are not blown out, and contrast seems normal. The last photo seems to be on the warm side, but it's still acceptable. :-)
