Got up early this morning and my wife goes, where are you headed?? I replied, Coastal Lagoon. In a monochromatic green outfit I asked, do you want to come along?? Surprisingly pleasant, she said sure!! I can be your spotter!! Here below are birds in flight taken using an EF 400mm f/5.6L on a 1DM3. The first one is a Brown Heron and the second one is White Heron, I think. Anyway, Please confirm ID.. . thanks in advance..

@ Rey + Ramon - thank you. @ Ely - thank you. .. .she watches me as I quietly move, pause, cover myself, take aim, then make bursts. She signals a thumbs up and you do the same telling her you nailed it. The smile in both your faces that comes afterwards is simply a great feeling. I am sure you guys know what I mean.. .

So the wind behind your wings blew that morning! You can grow old together very well. You can rewrite the song. For those remarks about the wife, I recommend to the Mastah to raise your status to Certified Bird Nut. Telyds

I like the last one very much. Beautiful dramatic background! Hello David, Thanks for the like. Actually, the dramatic background is a branch of leaves in front of me which I used to hide myself. So its a blurry foreground as my focus was set on the imm Black Crowned Night Heron.. .

It feels good. Btw, my wife and 2 of my daughters, plus my brother and his wife will visit BK Valley this weekend. Dion has reserved 2 cottages for us already.
