New member (of course) - have been visiting the Philippines for years (family connections), will do so more frequently from next year.
Always interested in birds, unfortunately I am a crap photographer - but that won't stop me trying. I really enjoy Australian birds, and miss them when in the Philippines - we are really lucky to have so many here, and so easily accessible. I know getting good bird photos in the Philippines will challenge me.
I shall also need to talk to people face-to-face to find out good areas for photography, although I can guess a few already, not too far out of my way (I inhabit the San Pablo Laguna area when in the RP).
