I don't see this bird that often so I thought you guys might also find it interesting. We saw six of these munias in Antipolo feeding on the flowers of a Bamboo plant. WHITE-BELLIED MUNIALonchura leucogastra1/125, f8, iso800, manual exposure, tripod

I consider the white bellied munia a special treat coz like you said, it's not a bird that we see often.
Looks like it was near too coz I see tons of details specially with a nice background like that.
Excellently taken Tonj :-) I miss birding tuloy bigla. I hope we have beautiful weather tomorrow.

There were 6 of these birds moving around. Luckly this one hopped close to me and gave me time for two or three shots.
