Looks like it to me Mark, same color of the eyes and the bill shape. Let's hope Des will drop by to make the expert ID.

I am not completely sure but to me the bill looks much too fine and pointed to be a Bicolored, though the angle and lighting are not good. I would expect male Bicolored to be darker above. I suspect immature Red-keeled which lacks the red stripe, but I would expect a yellow gape line to still show, which it doesn't.

Des: Too bad this is the best shot I got. It quickly moved to another tree after a few clicks on the shutter. I chased it in the hopes of a better shot but my effort was futile.
