Cynthia and I were finally able to get closer shots of Pratincoles at the Los Banos Agripark and were also lucky to find the Greater Painted Snipes at IRRI. great shots! it is as if these avian friends were just waiting for you to show up with your gear! i like the contrast between the polarized alien-like eyes of the pratincole with the almost human qualities of those of the gp snipes.
