Oriental Cuckoo hepatic female?

Is this an Oriental Cuckoo hepatic female (Cuculus saturatus)?

I apologize for the poor quality of the photo. I hope to take better photos next week with a decent camera.

This larger bird (about 12") can be seen at around 6-7 am everyday in a small patch of trees beside the tennis court and restaurant of BK Valley in Mt. Banahaw.

As far as I can tell, yes, it looks like an hepatic female oriental cuckoo
