Southern tip of Negros island capture for ID

Me and my family spent our holy week at Antulang resort and manage to do birding in between resort activity with my son and wife.

I spotted this bird besides the cliff on the highway to Siaton Negros oriental, there are holes seen on the cliff I believe its their nest.

I stopped the car besides the road and manage to get close enough for a shot.

Please help me ID this bird Thanks
