WOW what a catch, looks like a Greater Frigate Bird to me. If this is a Greater indeed and not the Lesser, this will be the only photograph in the forum. Congrats Renoir. Let's see what the experts will say.

For each of the 3 frigatebird species known from the Philippines, there is 'a total of eight distinguishable post-fledging plumages for each species: juvenile, second-year, male and female third-year, male and female fourth-year, and male and female adult plumages.' This appears to be a juvenile Lesser: tawny head indicates juvenile; triangular white patch with parallel-sided, white axillary spurs from from the front of a triangular white breast patch indicates Lesser.
