Having our class reunion at Pulang Lupa gave me the opportunity to take some pictures of the Olive-backed Sunbird (Cinnyris jugularis) fledelings. Canon EOS 1D Mark IV, Canon EF 800mm f/5.6L IS USM, Gitzo GT3530LS tripod, Wimberley WH200 head. Manual exposure in available light. 1/640sec., f/5.6, ISO 1600 1/640sec., f/5.6, ISO 1600

Nice set, Ely. I especially like the second photo. Thank you Mark. If you see the speed of the mother feeding the fledgling with her beak inside the throat you would think that the chick would be choke to death. But she feeds it so gently that no harm is inflicted on the bird.
