New year, new sig/watermark, new ways of presenting our subjects I am exploring various ways to refresh my use of 16:9 framing. Brown Shrike, UP Diliman Canon 50D, EF 400mm f5.6L, Kenko 2XTC, Manfrotto 755XB/Gimbal, Shot @ 800mm, f11, 1/80", ISO640, liveview, remote

Good details here Toto. Especially with the 2x.
If it were me I would have gone wide instead. But I understand the concept of trying something new, it might be nicer if the whole bird fit. But thats just me. Good to try new things. Keep at it.
And, hey where is the Brown Shrike.

Very clean picture, bro. But I have difficulty breathing while viewing this picture, as it looks like the bird does not have enough breathing space in the frame. I also notice the noise reduction you applied is a bit over as it tends to make the entire picture bland or dull, the sharpness has somehow diminished.

What a beautiful colours has this bird, the quality is very good with the 2x converter. Although It is a bit tight in the frame i think it is a nice picture.
