Been out of birding lately.. was able to squeeze in some shots today tho.. It was almost dusk when I took these images and it is backlit.. what a situation for someone without practice! Ferruginous Flycatcher (Muscicapa ferruginea, immature), rare in Philippines Camera Nikon D90 Exposure 0.033 sec (1/30) Aperture f/8.0 Focal Length 400 mm ISO Speed 400 Arca-Swiss Monoball Z1 sp with Quick Release Manfrotto 055CXPRO4 C&C is encouraged as I really do need practice. Thank you for looking and thanks in advance for the C&C

I was hoping to see you last Friday when Gabs showed up to keep me company. You are at a disadvantage when the light is fading. Perhaps you can try going early in the morning before going to work. The pictures are okay and it could be better if you got them in the morning. Monday is a holiday, you can give it another go as the bird is really fun to watch and very friendly. Cheers Edu. Mabuhay.

Thank you, Sir Ely. Yes this individual is extremely pleasant to watch. Behaving like a flycatcher that it is.. perching.. looking for insects.. darting out and instantly coming back to the perch to eat. I did my best at the situation, thank you for appreciating sir. Thank you sir Bobby K! Thank you too sir Butch. I don't think I have had the pleasure of meeting you yet. Hopefully soon.
