Neon, The location would be considered central Luzon (or at least, the southern edge of pure race henkei range). Nonetheless, from what I can see of the aboral ear covert slash that connects to the mantle, and the very small portion of the visible mantle, I really can't see an admixture of maroon, and black, therefore to a superficial examination based only on this photo, it would not appear to be an intergrade [i.e., the so-called false race theresae (henkei X sperata hybrid)] which can be found in central Luzon. The depth of the grey on the belly and crissum is also good for henkei. So, I would say yes, this is race henkei in spite of the location being in proximity of the zone of possible intergradation. However, there is some doubt because a good dorsal view of the entire mantle is not to be had from this photo.
