hi' want to share these two images of pied buschat. i was on full camo behind a bush thinking that the bird may come closer. from a 10m distance i already started pressing the shutter until it came closer. the pied buschat seems curious of me behind the bush or might have been interested of the sound of the shutter until it came closer and closer to less that 4m. here are two images i selected from several hundreds of images i captured. d5000 + SigEnigma, 500mm, +1.4TC, ISO1000, 1/160s, f7.1, monopod d5000 + SigEnigma, 500mm, +1.4TC, ISO1000, 1/200s, f7.1,

Whoa! Excellent capture and details to the max! As for the noise, I think a very clean photo is jut not natural. I you look for it. it's there alright, but it's perfectly acceptable to me. If it does bother you, why not use a little noise reduction? Such a detailed photo can surely stand a fair amount of de-noising. :-)

These are very good photos, noise levels are tolerable but if the second photo was mine I would try to reduce the noise in the dark areas just a little bit more.

Excellent sharpness. I think you're referring to the noise that shutter makes and yes, it appears that the bushchat was curious as to what is producing that sound. Perhaps it thought it was an insect. ;D

If you are talking about the background noise, than there is no harm in reducing the noise. As far as the pictures are concerned they are super. I like the second one the most. Well don Renoir. Mabuhay.

Ha ha ha! I almost did not get it - the noise that resulted in the picture or the noise the camera made in clicking! I like the second one better, its sharper! The first one is soft to me - but the poise is curios, maybe because of the camera noise - the click, click, click! The second one has some noise in the dark areas... now, that's another kind of noise!

what noise? Both photos look superb if you ask me. Heck I'd have photos like these anytime Making the background "noiseless" would make the picture look fake na.
