Finally, thanks to the input from the " Washed out photo" thread I was able to get a decent outcome to what could have been a trash photo in the not too distant past. ;D Crimson Sunbird ( Aethopyga siparaja) - Twin Lakes, Dumaguete City, Negros Oriental, September 13, 2010 5DM2 + 600 mm f4 IS + 2x Kenko TC, f4 (f8), 1/125 sec., ISO 640, Tv priority +1 EV, Tripod-Gimbal support in available light.

You mean to say you have washed-out photos too? hmmm ... nice PP as always Neon! The CS is so tiny and always on tall coconut trees, and you got it close! Great work!

Great work! @ JV, it was not operator error ;D, the sudden change of temperature from a downpour then bright sunlight caused my front element to fog.

btw, is it molting season for sunbirds? mando's UPD sunbird is also at molting stage.
