WOW on your shots Rey and Alain! Really eye catching! I must say I had a tough time at San Juan. I was so sleepy and so out of practice! It was really fortunate that Tonji spotted this field with Black Winged Stilts and Wood Sandpipers on our way home. It was so nice to take pictures while sitting down inside the car! Here are my shots from the sortie: Black Winged Stilt Himantopus himantopusf8, 1/640, iso 250 Canon 7D + EF300mm f/2.8L IS USM +2.0x, handheld from a car window Wood Sandpiper Tringa glareolaf8, 1/640, iso 250 Canon 7D + EF300mm f/2.8L IS USM +2.0x + Markin ballhead + Feisol tripod

Thanks! I like the twin effect too! It's like a double mirror image if you include the reflections.

Thank you JV, Don, Tonji, Ely, Toto, Rey, Den, Neon and Sylvia for the kind comments. Those are the kind of compliments that keep one going on perfecting his/her craft. My hats to all of you.
Rey, that's a giant swallow with a BG to die for!
Toto, those ducks in still waters remind me of a similar photo by Ivor Lee. The picture of the munia is crystal clear!
Tonji, I envy your KF in the middle of thorns. Those are the shots that I always wish for.
Sylvia, looks like that a new photo category, birds in sync!
Den, your swallow's hairdo is something!
Congrats everybody for having nailed some birds!

Rey that PS is a keeper! The Details, the contrast between the rock perch and clean and creamy BG make it a special pic!
Toto for me that is one of the better SBMunia pics I have seen. I like seeing your personal style in the composition. Fantastic.

Toto for me that is one of the better SBMunia pics I have seen. I like seeing your personal style in the composition. Fantastic. Thanks Tonji. I am surprised that someone like you, whom I look up to, notices some patterns in my composition. I am having a hard time analyzing what kind of personal style I might have been conveying
