Aware that the migrants will be leaving soon, I had several trips to Candaba This Month take make up for the dry birding season there in the coming months, Here are some Pics I would like to share. The really tuftted duck I was really happy to see and photograph this beauties BIF northern Pintailed Common Pochard Male Common Pochard female with white facial mark BIF C pochard Lastly still may fav . a couple of Phil duck landing. Candaba has the most gorgeous ducks! I have never seen anything like them in Australia. Those tufted ducks are particularly beautiful birds. Thankyou Docchito! I really enjoyed your photos.

He-he. Those tufteds probably never heard of mousse, pomade, or hairspray.
Also, I now know why those are called pintails.
Looks like you've done a whole season's worth of birding at Candaba.

Wahhh!! all beauties Doc Chito!! Still haven't found time to go back to Candaba, the ducks might be all gone by the time I'm able to go!!
