It is sometimes treated as a race of the Crested Serpent Eagle (Spilornis cheela). Oy! My ID was correct! Thanks for the complement Bobby the composition was based on the talk that was given by Dennis M. Sabangan yesterday. I felt the eye was striking as photographed and I wanted to emphasize it even more.
