Ok. These are not exactly wild. Assumption Antipolo has a bird sanctuary with both caged and free birds. There are five Brahminy Kites with clipped wings hopping about the park who will be set free in a few weeks. They say the freed Kites come back during feeding time. Will have to return to see the wild ones.

Oh, and a nice pet duck by the pond. Sorry, will still have to look up the name in my KennyG.

Nice captures Ding We went here a long, long, long time ago. Nice place but a lot of the birds there are either caged or have clipped wings. I'm so extremely glad that I prefer to take photos of wild birds now instead of the caged ones. Here's my gallery on PACEM ECO PARK

Great shots on the Kites!
I wonder if the Wood Duck was imported. We see those (and they are wild) at some parks here in southern Cal.

Will ask when I get back there. Presently nursing the peak of a flu so no birding for a few days for me. The caretaker, named Darigold (what a fabulously healthy name) who knows teLyd very well, says most birds were donated by families who got tired of their pets. Great shots on the Kites! I wonder if the Wood Duck was imported. We see those (and they are wild) at some parks here in southern Cal.
