A very noisy and certainly not a shy bird. I repeatedly saw this species around the park in pairs of flocks of 3 to 5. Its the first bird I saw in the park. I also saw them in a mixed flock with the Sunda Laughingthrush. after the Kookabura, this is only the second avian i know with that name.. third would be the Sunda.
