Alain and I saw this bird in one of the trails we passed by yesterday in Anvaya. Initial ID from WBCP members who later arrived at the area is an immature Mangrove Blue Flycatcher. We also saw an adult MBF several meters after we saw this bird. I'm posting this here for further confirmation. Thanks!

Thanks, Ka Mastah. We did have docu shots of the bird showing the sides, and from the appearance, this bird looks very similar to the one posted by Bobby. We didn't see an illustration of the immature MBF in the KG, too, so the WBCP members based their ID on the appearance of another immature flycatcher (Little Pied Flycatcher, IRRC) in the KG.

I guess you can pencil in the ID now as an immature MBFC. Just indicate that the ID is provisional (one you can correct when experts say otherwise).
