I was at the second floor of my brother's house in Laguna Hills taking a shot at Makiling, so blue without a cloud mantle, when suddenly this tiny bird perched at the tip of a palm tree right in front of me. Caught by surprise and excitement
(in PInoy birder's lingo- tarantation) here's my only shot. My guess is a LTS chick. telyds
