Went to PEC this am and there was a fruiting fig tree there, a lot of bird species were eating, the tree was not that high, about 4m only. Attention!! Davao based birders this is the time to go bird watch, you can just sit on one of the pick-nick tables the whole day and it would be birds galore, sadly I didn't have the whole day. Here's the same nesting OBS that Gabs shot there a week ago, the bird is still sitting on the egg. 5DM2 + 600 L f4 IS + 1.4x TC, f8, 1/2500, ISO 3200, Tv priority, Tripod-Gimbal support, in available light. 5DM2 + 600 L f4 IS + 1.4x TC, f8, 1/320, ISO 3200, Av priority, + 2/3 EV, Tripod-Gimbal support, in available light.

Beautiful shots Neon. I wish I can go to Davao now that the tree is fruiting. Maybe next season. Thanks for the info. What were the ISO for the pictures? Well done Neon. Mabuhay.

Great captures Neon! Was the male OBS bothering you while you were taking pictures of the nest?

Thanks Guys!! Wish I had time to bird this area for the whole day, will see if I can sneak out and go there again. ;D
@ Ely, the ISO for the first photo is 3200, f5.6, 1/2500 sec. The shooting details was wrongly placed it should be for the second photo. I'll make the corrections. ;D
