Been wanting to photograph one of these for quite some time now. I have always thought of this bird as the first Avian who "spoke up" against violence to birds (based on Celeste Legaspi's song of course) Richard's Pipit? Nikon D90, Nikon 80-400VR, ISO 200, f18 handheld Can't process pics the way I would like, can't find my lightroom DVD yet. Just cropped this and posted, I pray to everyone's liking.

Can't argue with ka mastah on the detail! Congrats on this lifer Edu! Look at how long those rear talons are!!! At f18 and iso 200, what was you shutter speed in this shot?

thank you for the ID confirmation mastah. Believe it or not, it is a lifer for me. Thanks for the compliments partner! I forgot the shutter speed on this one as I used only a basic RAW converter. Haven't installed lightroom yet. F18 is an accident here tho.. Thank you Sir Ely. Your eye for beauty is renowned and your compliment gives me more courage to take shots.. even at f18

hehehe.. shot handheld man.. at f18 hehehe.. partida.. Still can't get over that phrase eh! Mark wasn't able to sleep well, have you seen his photo sleeping on the ground? The Five man snoring concerto was (I think) keeping him awake hahahaha!
